Savour Arabian delicacies at Bait Maryam

The Levantine restaurant is a favorite in the gastronomic scene for many online casino players. Starting as a collection of recipes handed down through generations, Bait Maryam has quickly transformed into a staple choice for unpretentious and authentic Middle Eastern meals. A proud Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, the restaurant is helmed by Salam Dakkar, who is award-winning in her own right, having clinched the MENA region’s best female chef title by the World’s 50 Best in 2023.

To chef Salam, the venue serves a slice of home, as it is named after her mother and inspired by many dishes and keepsakes from her childhood. Those who enter are sure to feel a sense of warmth and nostalgia too, thanks to the modern but cosy interiors with various vintage bric-a-brac filling the shelves and cupboards. The windows are covered in familiar drapes, along with the thinly-brushed colours on the light wood furniture. Outside features a quaint terrace that grants sterling views of the surrounding suburbs and high-rise structures at the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT).

Nested within a prime location in one of Dubai’s newer neighbourhoods, Bait Maryam promises a taste of true Arabian hospitality. Come ready for a feast and dive into moreish servings of manakish, falafel, lamb chops and Levantine specialities featuring spicy potatoes or fried eggplant.
